As far as I know yes. The Philippines & all the other countries in the Far East– China, Taiwan, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Korea, Brunei, Indonesia, Myanmar, etc. Is it still considered the Pearl of the Orient Seas? Of course, unless somebody else wants that title for themselves.
Yes! And we will always be the “Pearl if the Orient.” Our 7,000+ islands would always make it so.
